Bottom Grinding Machine

  • The grinding disc of the bottom grinding machine uses rubber-bonded diamond grinding disc for smooth operation and a smoother bottom grinding.

Pneumatic clay extruder

  • Equipped with a pressure compressor (outer dimensions: 18*18*110cm), air-water separator (dimensions: 4*4*15cm), clay warehouse (outer dimensions: 31*31*48cm), molds (each mold dimensions: 35*35*2cm), pressure gauge (100PA).

  • It features a clay warehouse that can be quickly and easily disassembled, the freedom to change mold shapes, and the smooth extrusion of various shapes of clay bars.

  • The machine comes with seven sets of shaping templates, and users can also DIY to create custom templates.

  • The extrusion process is automatic, requiring no manual intervention, as the clay is automatically pressed down, and the extrusion speed can be controlled manually. It is driven by an air compression device, controlled by a foot pedal, providing pressure up to 150 pounds (typically, clay extruders offer 85 to 125 pounds of pressure).

Clay Slab Roller

  • The slab machine must adopt an upper and lower dual rolling shaft design, with the upper and lower rolling shafts using bearing-synchronized, movable rolling pressure design (the board used for pressing the clay can move). The transmission link is smoother, with lower energy consumption.

  • Use rollers with strong buoyancy to prevent clay slippage during the pressing process.

  • Four legs with adjustable feet to achieve a level and smooth tabletop.

  • The slab machine must have fixed scales and fastening rulers on both sides to strictly control the thickness and uniformity of the clay slab. The thickness setting must have 20 positions (10 major positions, each major position with 2 minor positions, capable of pressing clay slabs with a thickness of 3-30mm).

  • Use a hand-operated lever movable rolling pressure design for easy, effortless clay slab delivery and to ensure even thickness across the entire slab.

  • Adopt a double roller process to ensure uniform force on both sides of the clay slab, preventing warping and deformation during the drying process. The rollers are made of stainless steel, rust-free, non-slip, and maintain dimensional accuracy. The clay pressing thickness is adjustable from 0 to 70mm (with thickness scale). The tabletop is made of wear-resistant waterproof board. The handwheel diameter is large, making it easy and effortless during operation. Tabletop dimensions (length × width) (mm): 1040×500, overall dimensions (length × width × height) (mm): 1040×620×800.
