- 泥板机采用上下双滚动轴设计，上下双滚轴采用轴承同步传动可移动式滚压设计，传动环节更加顺畅，能耗损失更低。
- 采用抓浮力强的滚轴，防止压制过程中泥片打滑。
- 四条腿垫脚能够调整高度，达到台面平整水平。
- 泥板机左右两边必须都具有固定的刻度控制紧固尺，能够严格控制泥片厚度及均匀度。厚度设定必须具有20个档位（10大档位，每大档位分2小档位，能够压制不小于3-30mm厚度尺寸的泥片。
- 必须采用手摇杆可移动式滚压设计，省力、轻松递泥片、确保整张泥片厚度均匀。
- 采用双辊工艺，使泥板两面受力一致，不会发生干燥过程中的翘曲变形且辊子采用不锈钢轧花制成，不生锈，不打滑，永保尺寸精度；其压泥厚度从0~70㎜（附有厚度标尺）。台面采用耐磨防水板。手轮直径大，运转时轻松省力。台面尺寸（长×宽）（mm）：1040×500，外型尺寸（长×宽×高）（mm）：1040×620×800。

- Mud board machine adopts upper and lower double rolling shaft design, the upper and lower double rolling shaft adopts bearing synchronous transmission movable rolling design, the transmission link is smoother and the energy loss is lower.
- Adopting roller with strong buoyancy grabbing force to prevent the mud sheet from slipping during the pressing process.
- The four legged pad feet are able to adjust the height to achieve the table leveling level.
- The left and right sides of the mud board machine must have fixed scale control fastening ruler, can strictly control the thickness and uniformity of the mud sheet. Thickness setting must have 20 gears (10 large gears, each large gear is divided into 2 small gears, can be pressed not less than 3-30mm thickness of the size of the mud piece.
- It must adopt hand crank movable rolling design, which saves labor, easily passes the mud sheet and ensures the thickness of the whole mud sheet is even.
- Adopting double-roller process, make the mud board both sides of the same force, will not occur in the drying process of warping deformation and rollers made of stainless steel rolled, not rust, not slippery, always keep the size of the precision; the thickness of its pressure mud from 0 ~ 70 mm (with thickness scale). The table top is made of wear-resistant waterproof board. The diameter of the handwheel is large, so it is easy and labor-saving when running.
