- 必须采用电脑智能控温系统控制烧成,内设不少于10种基本烧成程序: 干燥200℃、试车400℃、素烧700℃、烤花800℃,釉烧1220℃、釉烧1230℃、釉烧1240℃、釉烧1250℃、釉烧1260℃、釉烧1270℃,打开电窑空气开关后按不超过3个按键就能够快速启动内设基本烧成程序。电脑智能控温系统能够设置1~4个阶段自编烧成程序和1~16个阶段的自编连续烧成程序,每个阶段以目标烧成温度以及达到烧成温度所需要的分钟数来进行设定,能够控制不同烧成阶段的升温、降温速度。必须具有保温设定功能,能够对各个阶段的目标温度进行保温时长设定,单位为分钟,以达到烧制陶瓷(或者玻璃)的烧成要求。电脑智能控温系统必须能够存储不少于20个自编烧成程序。打开电窑空气开关后按不超过3个按键就能够快速启动自编烧成程序。简单易操作。
- 必须能够设定以下三种蜂鸣器:
- a: 设定蜂鸣器静音。
- b: 以设定烧成程序的指定温度设定蜂鸣器鸣响。
- c: 以设定烧成程序结束后设定蜂鸣器鸣响。
- 电脑智能控温系统必须具有按键锁定功能,以防止在烧成过程中外来人员或者学生进行误操作,威胁人身安全。电脑智能控温系统必须具有延时烧制设置功能、方便使用者定时烧成,有效错开高峰期用电等因素。电脑智能控温系统必须带有安全·报错功能: 出现以下情况电脑智能控温系统能够立即停止烧成、电脑基板显示错误报告,有效预防安全事故的发生。

- The firing must be controlled by computerized intelligent temperature control system, with no less than 10 kinds of basic firing programs: drying 200℃, test run 400℃, plain firing 700℃, baking 800℃, glaze firing 1220℃, glaze firing 1230℃, glaze firing 1240℃, glaze firing 1250℃, glaze firing 1260℃, glaze firing 1270℃, and it is possible to quickly start the basic firing program by pressing no more than 3 buttons after turning on the air switch of the kiln. Quickly start the built-in basic firing program. The computer intelligent temperature control system can set up 1 to 4 stages of self-programmed firing program and 1 to 16 stages of self-programmed continuous firing program, each stage of the target firing temperature and the number of minutes to reach the firing temperature to be set to control the different stages of the firing of the temperature rise, the speed of temperature reduction. - Intelligent computer temperature control system must have a key lock function, in order to prevent the firing process of outsiders or students to misuse, threatening personal safety. Intelligent computerized temperature control system must have a delayed firing setup function to facilitate the user timed firing, effectively stagger the peak period of electricity consumption and other factors.
