- 产品说明：
1. 主要高温吸风罩部分采用201不锈钢拉丝板材，通过数控加工成配套窑炉制定尺寸，边缘地方采用打磨圆角处理，光滑美观；板材折板采用回扣式折板，将板材锐边包裹到风罩内部，更安全和人性化；
2. 风罩单独配一轴流静音风机，具备独立开关功能，在窑炉使用过程中，根据整个教室温度情况，可配合外面主箱式风机配套使用（如果窑房设备较少，主箱式风机选配）；
3. 通风管道使用镀锌管，尺寸为400*300MM，管道预留衔接处，方便后期进行新的排风系统并入；
4. 风罩安装采用挂壁式或悬吊式安装（具体需根据现场实际情况选择悬挂方式），整体风罩和风管需要进行水平检查，单个风罩设施需控制在5MM左右；
5. 通风系统需要根据学校实际情况和窑炉大小进行实际设计，基础配置箱式风机要求风量在5600-6000m³/h，风压380pa，噪音小于68dba。

4. wind cover installation using wall-mounted or suspended installation (specific need to choose the hanging method according to the actual situation on the site), the overall wind cover and ducts need to be leveled to check the individual wind cover facilities need to be controlled in the 5MM or so;
5. Ventilation system needs to be based on the actual situation of the school and the size of the kiln for the actual design, the basic configuration of the box fan requires air volume of 5600-6000m³/h, wind pressure of 380pa, the noise is less than 68dba.
